Shipping destinations

    At this point in time we only ship within Australia. If you are shopping from another location, please email us to see if postal services are available to you.


      Shipping cost
        All orders are a flat rate of $9 standard shipping or $12 express shipping.

          Orders that are within the Blue Mountains suburbs of Penrith to Katoomba are eligible for free delivery. Code will become an option at the checkout once your postcode has been entered.

          The following towns are eligible for free delivery:
          Penrith, Glenmore Park, Lapstone, Glenbrook, Blaxland, Warrimoo, Valley Heights, Springwood, Winmalee, Yellow Rock, Faulconbridge, Linden, Woodford, Hazelbrook, Lawson, Bullaburra, Wentworth Falls, Leura, Katoomba.


            Order Times

            Currently 3 - 5 business days.
            Please note: A business day is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm AEST local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.

            If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together within the processing time. Please allow a little extra time in addition to the above times during sales and holiday periods, as well as extended shipping times.


            Shipping Times

            It is advised to be around 2-10 business days by Australia Post.
            Please note: A business day is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm AEST local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.

            All orders are shipped with tracking and you should receive the tracking number by email or text as soon as your order has left our studio. Your tracking number can be tracked by the Australia Post website or app.

            If you require your order by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

            We will try our best to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors out of our control, for example, postal delays, COVID-19 and power outages. Little Ko Creative are not to be held responsible for late deliveries, loss, or damage by Australia Post. If this happens a case will need to be opened with Australia Post according to their guidelines.


            RETURNS + REFUNDS

            We want you to love your products, so be sure to reach out if you have any questions or queries.
            Our returns policy is 14 business days for non-personalised products. If the 14 business days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
            Please note: A business day is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm AEST local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.

            Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Little Ko Creative at the buyer's cost. We do not refund any shipping costs of the item, or the cost of the return to Little Ko Creative. 


            Personalised Products

            Unfortunately if you purchased a personalised product we are unable to refund, exchange or accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect details left by the customer at the time of purchase or misuse (being used in any way other than the intended use) of our products, due to the custom nature of the products.

            However, if a product arrives
            - faulty or damaged,
            - has incorrect details as a mistake by Little Ko Creative,
            - or any other error on our behalf
            We will be happy to refund or replace your item. Contact us here.

            Non-personalised Products

            For non-personalised products to be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by your proof of purchase. Please contact us here before returning any products.

            We recommend all returns be sent with tracking or by purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your item back, then we are unable to issue a refund.

            You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, our cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

            Custom Orders, Gift Cards and Sale Items

            Custom orders, gift cards and sale items are a final sale. They are strictly non refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there was an error on our, Little Ko Creative's, behalf.

                Can not be delivered

                If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again.



                We do not offer cancellations on orders. We can offer you a store credit for the value of your order should you wish to cancel your order after placing it. However, if your order is personalised and is already in production, we are unable to cancel, refund or provide a store credit.
